2. How do I use the facial oils in my skincare routine?

Our oils are best applied to cleansed skin. For best results, apply 2-3 drops (or 1-2 for targeted areas) onto your face and neck, and gently massage until fully absorbed. They can be used on their own or layered under your preferred moisturizer.

3. What is the shelf life of your products?

Our oils are formulated with naturally derived preservatives and antioxidants. Once opened, they are best used within the period indicated by the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol (e.g., 6M for 6 months) on the packaging. To extend shelf life, store them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.

4. Are these products suitable for sensitive-looking skin?

Our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients. However, as with any new skincare product, we recommend performing a patch test on a small, discreet area of your skin (e.g., behind your ear or on your inner forearm) 24 hours prior to full application to ensure no irritation occurs.

9. Where are your products formulated and blended?

The unique recipes for our botanical oil blends are meticulously crafted right here in Singapore. We then work with our trusted partner in Canada, a facility with specialized expertise in oil blending, to carefully blend the oils according to our precise formulas. The finished oil blends are then shipped back to Singapore for the final stages of production.

It ensures each batch is blended with expertise, while the final bottling and quality control facility in Singapore guarantee that the product you receive meets our high standards for freshness and integrity.
